The mission of Rachael Gray Speech-Language Pathology is to provide children & adolescents with the opportunity to achieve their highest potential using an individualized, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team approach.  By providing assessment and therapeutic services in collaboration with the child’s family and clinical/educational team, we are better equipped to empower the child.  The unique strengths of each child should be recognized and celebrated, while supporting and fostering growth in his or her area of need.

Rachael Gray is a licensed speech-language pathologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of children & adolescents with a variety of communication disorders.  Prior to earning a Master's of Science in Communication Disorders & Sciences from the University of Oregon, she spent several years working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.  Over the past ten years, she has worked with children, adolescents, & adults with communication disorders resulting from autism, phonological & auditory processing disorders, ADHD, apraxia, developmental delay, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and stroke.

Rachael Gray Speech-Language Pathology is housed under the same roof as Kelly McKinnon & Associates and The Launchpad, providing a collaborative environment for speech-language therapy, social skills, and occupational therapy by qualified professionals.
